How We Work
Cognitive Readiness for Aviation Communities
NeuroJourney supports aviation organizations through Enhanced Chair Flying and Aviation Cognitive Readiness capabilities.
Rather than offering a fixed training product, we work with clients to assemble and configure the right construct using commercially available software and hardware platforms—integrated with structured human performance methodology.
Enhanced Chair Flying extends traditional aviation mental rehearsal by combining:
Structured cognitive preparation and visualization
Procedural and contingency rehearsal
Decision sequencing and threat anticipation
Workload, fatigue, and stress-awareness principles
Guided reflection and learning integration
NeuroJourney does not provide flight instruction.
We do not offer certified simulators.
We do not replace live or synthetic flight training.
Our role is to operationalize commercially available technologies into a coherent, usable, and sustainable readiness capability—tailored to mission sets, constraints, and objectives.
